A Multimedia Artist is expected to be able to utilize different technologies and artistic styles in order to create visual concepts in the form of images or videos to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. He/she will work on a variety of products, including websites, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity, social media posting, etc in order to market the Tier One brand and its talents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create photo and video products for the company and the talents
Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports
Contribute in the creative design for social media content
Thoroughly understand the design brief to incorporate the needs of both the talents and clients
Work with a wide range of media and design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, videos, and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to Creative Lead
Amend final designs based on clients comments and gain full approval
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, talent managers, executives etc.
Shoot photos and/or videos during events or for campaigns
Proven graphic designing and video editing experience is necessary
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Demonstrable multimedia design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
