Designs and develops marketing collaterals for the Talent Acquisition Team . Conceptualize designs and visuals based on requirements and branding guidelines . Ensures that all marketing requests are submitted on-time according to the SLA . Ensures that the target number of projects in a month are met with quality and accuracy . Maintains minimal/acceptable number of revisions according to score card . Partner with our Creative Team members to craft innovative designs and executions . Closely works with Content Writers and Project Managers for every client request while keeping Project Managers apprised of work in progress . Keep up to date by researching the latest trends, solutions, and related technologies. . Shoot company videos and photo coverage during company events or special projects . Create new and trendy visuals and executions that would be appealing to the market
