Position: Italian- French Collection Analyst (Multilingual)

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 95,000
Schedule: Midshift (2:00 PM- 11:00 PM)

Requirements:
• Open for both Native and Non- Native candidates
• Proficient in both Italian and French
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Accounting, Finance and Collections background is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in handling French and Italian documents
• Handling Collections or Account Receivable inquiries
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Analyze collection processes using both language
• Manage to answer calls for French and Italian
• Assist to collect and prepare collection reports
