JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Multi-Skilled Technician
Location: Manila, Philippines
Summary
The Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager for Real Estate and Facilities. The MST will be incharged of the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting of all facilities related equipment such as but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security system, and critical rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and report hazards inside the office (fire hazards, obstructed aisles etc.) and facilitate solution to the hazard
Maintain the fire suppression system and equipment and regularly coordinate with the building admin to ensure that fire alarm systems located within the Company's Facilities are integrated with the main system in the building.
Implement and follow published company emergency procedures
Maintain daily activity log of all facility equipment and related activities
Regularly coordinate with building management office regarding all concerns related to building services such as but not limited to elevator usage, parking and common areas, electrical room, and HVAC system to ensure proper operation and maintenance
Assist in conducting of fire, earthquake and any emergency drill in collaboration with the Safety Officer
Assist in monitoring of fit-out works and reports any non-compliance/violations of contractors inside te premises
Attends to job request and other emergency job whenever necessary
Perform other task as may be assigned
Detailed Technical Services
To provide prompt maintenance services including the supervision of all electrical & mechanical facilities of the company detailed as follow:
Handle and monitor the operation of all electrical facilities and air-conditioning units (both building and company owned units)
Repair and maintenance of all lighting facilities, convenience outlets, switches and similar devices including but not limited to power fuse, circuit breakers, and other electrical appliances and equipment
Implement preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance program on all electrical equipment and air-conditioning units
Monitor / assist third party vendor/building admin in the repair and implementation of preventive maintenance works for air-conditioning units, fire protection system, CCTV and access control and other facilities related equipment
Submit a monthly accomplishment report for the maintenance services provided and recommendations to attain safe operations of the company's electrical facilities
Qualifications:
At least 5 to 10 years work experience in working as multi-skilled technical person in facilities/property management
Technical Vocational Course Graduate is a plus but not required
Sound interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of contractors and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matter on a daily basis
Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation
Basic computer and systems knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic communication in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)
