CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in an electrical or mechanical engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in Building Services field
Experience of working on critical systems
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
Good understanding of BMS control system operation
Formulating, assessing and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Critical Competencies for Success
Behave consistently with CBRE cultural and ethical requirements
Have a positive and proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team
Ability to deal with emergency situations in a calm manner
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example
Takes a flexible approach to work patterns to meet the requirements of CBRE and clients
