Role Summary:
The Multi-Asset Dealer tasked to help achieve the various investment performance objectives for managed multi-asset portfolios primarily through efficient order execution and MA portfolio/fund administration. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the firm's current investment strategies are applied consistently, and accurately across various accounts managed under the Multi-asset Strategies Business Unit. The MA Dealer is also expected to keep up-to-date with details of key market and portfolio information, contribute to MA strategy formulation, and assist in reporting and presentation requirements to clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that orders and transactions for the multi-asset portfolios and managed funds are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
Regularly monitor portfolios to ensure that they adhere to portfolio targets and are in compliance with mandate, regulatory and internal limits
Generate, maintain, and develop internal portfolio reports used to support multi-asset investment decision making (e.g. rebalancing worksheets, performance attribution reports, fund holdings tracking)
Responsible for the gathering and maintaining database of MA research and publications from internal and external sources; manage MA digital portal
Help develop and implement improvements to the overall MA dealing process that will directly contribute to the scaling of the MA business
Assist in the drafting of periodic investment portfolio reports and fund fact sheets
Provide support in giving presentations to clients and marketing channels as needed
Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness
Relevant educational qualifications, preferably in university degree in economics, finance, business, accounting or similar courses
Working towards CFA certification
Good understanding of the investment theories and underlying financial instruments
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy combined with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with trading systems (Bloomberg, All Funds Bank etc.)
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong team-work ethic founded on effective interpersonal skills
High level of personal and professional integrity; compliance awareness while taking adequate measures to mitigate risksStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
