The Resource Analyst will coordinate and take responsibility for allocating work requests received from the joint venture partners (hereafter referred to as either the 'Territory' or 'Territories') to staff in service delivery teams on a daily basis. This role will also involve the resolution of booking-conflicts and reallocation of work to different team members where necessary.
This role will require for the Resource Analyst to regularly liaise with the Team Leader - Resourcing, the Service Delivery Managers (SDM), Team Managers (TM) and individuals within the service delivery teams.
