POSITION SUMMARY:
A Social Media Account Manager oversees a company's interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Social Media Account Manager's job focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. A Social Media Manager is tasked with several key duties, such as:
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
Interacting with clients and understanding and executing their goals. Problem-solving.
Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
Managing team to ensure we are meeting all deadlines including QC.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have at least 1 year of social media account management experience
BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising is preferred
Excellent multitasking and organizational ability
Must have excellent English communications skills
WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary Rate: $5 - $7 per hour
Annual bonus $150
Wi-Fi subsidy after the 3rd month
HMO Subsidy or Coverage (Depending on the location)
