Primary Responsibilities:
Be able to propose and implement creative solutions to eliminate malicious (e.g. phishing) and unwanted email (e.g. spam, "graymail")
Collaborate with business and IT staff to understand strategic and tactical business, application, or service requirements, then translate those into securely designed solutions
Provide complex technical guidance, oversight, and enforcement of security directives, policies, standards, plans, and procedures
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience working with Exchange and Email Security technology
5+ years of experience in Email Security with Exchange Online
Experience collaborating with diverse technology teams to achieve business results
Experience in implementing and operating email and email security technologies in a large enterprise
Cross-functional understanding of email operations, security practices and the user experience
Knowledge and experience working with Exchange On-prem and Online, Cisco IronPort, Microsoft Office 365
Understanding of DKIM, DMARC, SPF and email filtering services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience with Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
Experience with RESTful APIs and PowerShell Scripting
Experience with Agile methodology
