Configuring Dynamics CRM \ 365 and related technologies (Portals, SharePoint Integration)
Providing technical analysis and diagnosis services to customers.
Create and configure entities, relationships, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules.
Implement scripting using JavaScript methods.
Design and develop web applications in Dynamics CRM.
Design and develop modifications/extensions to standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integration with external systems.
Developing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
Documentation of technical components and development of technical specifications.
Code deployment into different customer environments
Understanding of Agile\SCRUM\Kanban methodologies.
Train customers on the use of the solutions provided.
Validate and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Working in collaboration with stakeholders to implement and leverage MS Dynamics using the best in business implementation methodologies.
Requirements
5 years' experience in a similar role/capacity
3-4 years • Microsoft Power Platform
Dynamics 365 - desirable
Ability architect and build solutions on Power Platform
Dynamics 365 Modules: Sales, Service Management, Field Service, Project Automation
Languages: English, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET Core, SQL
Technologies: Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure Services, SharePoint, OneDrive
Experience: At least 3 years with Dynamics CRM \ 365 as a System Configurator or Developer
