Job purpose
The Management Reporting & Analytics (MR & A) Analyst is responsible for providing senior management and executives with the essential information through management reports and dashboards to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions in compliance with relevant controls, policy/procedures and within the defined Service Level Agreement. This position collaborate with the Supervisor to accomplish team objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide country and regional teams' reporting deliverables by providing monthly P&L and BS reports and other related monthly reports.
Publish daily and monthly reports timely and carry out quality check to guarantee accuracy
Maintain multiple reporting databases and dashboards
Design, develop and test complex data warehouse extracts and reporting in order to meet the data and reporting needs
Identify, track risk and opportunity and process improvement
Monitor and archive all work related files
Participate in conference calls, meetings and discussions with customers
Conduct team/functional/business overview presentations during counterpart visits as required team lead/supervisor
Perform as back-up for related function to ensure business continuity
Deliver ad hoc reports and tasks assigned
Qualifications
College graduate with any Business course or equivalent
2-3 years relevant work experience from a multinational company
Advanced Skills in: Access, Macros, SQL, Visual Basic Skills for Data Acquisition and Analysis, Visio for Process Mapping formatting
Advanced MS Excel skills - knowledge in complex formulas(lookups, countif, etc.), pivots, charts and conditional formatting
Process oriented and logical thinker who constantly thinks of process improvements with good documentation skills
Strong understanding of database fundamentals and data management
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with good attention to details
Multinational shared services / BPO experience
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
