Description
Maintains the motor pool and scheduling
Processes equipment requests and coordinates assignment of vehicles and equipment.
Assists in de-conflicting vehicle requests/scheduling problems
Maintains usage data for all vehicles and equipment.
Maintains records of scheduled and corrective maintenance for vehicles, equipment.
Prepares and submits vehicle and equipment usage reports
Assists in the maintenance of all inventory/equipment/property records
Coordinates route planning
Assists with oversight and update of other databases as required for vehicle and equipment assignment, usage, and maintenance
Coordinates maintenance scheduling as required with maintenance personnel, customers, and any departments/offices with assigned vehicles/equipment as required.
Assists with licensing requirements and files.
Ensures all fleet and special assigned vehicles are kept clean and ready for customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
