Job Summary:
The Motor Pool Head is responsible for the management and control of the daily operations of the motor pool section. He should ensure that all resources, such as manpower and materials, are utilized effectively and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing Preventive Maintenance System (PMS)
• Prepares reports related to fuel, tires and others
• Participate in fleet management system & ensure availability of our trucks
• Supervise mechanic in the repairs
• Can recommend process improvement and promote cost control efficiency
• Provide appraisal on various operations and system control
• To determine & ensure efficient use of company resources
• Performs other accounting related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
