The Role As a Mortgage Documentation and Review Officer, you will supervise the preparation and reviews the completeness and accuracy of loan and mortgage documents prepared and ensures timely delivery of documents for signing and booking of mortgage The Role As a Mortgage Documentation and Review Officer , you will supervise the preparation and reviews the completeness and accuracy of loan and mortgage documents prepared and ensures timely delivery of documents for signing and booking of mortgage loans all in accordance with the approval, Bank policies and procedures, applicable laws and BSP regulations to support the objectives and meet the targets of Mortgage Banking Group. How you'll contribute Prepares replies to QA findings based on approvals and submitted documents to request the deletion and provide proper justification and approvals to noted findings. Coordinates with the Sales Support Team on the submission of post-approval and/or pre-booking requirements to facilitate the booking of mortgage loans. Approves mortgage loan accounts in accordance with the approved Loan Documents Approving Authority Matrix via Process Maker to endorse accounts for REM registration or loan booking. Ensures timely preparation of loan documents and review of accounts for booking based on uploaded documents and approval to meet agreed turn-around time. Issues final summary of findings to Sales Support Team based on submitted documents in compliance to approved terms and conditions. Confirms correct preparation of loan and mortgage documents based on approval, bank policies and procedures, applicable laws, and BSP regulations to facilitate documentation of the approved mortgage loan. Reviews and passes Loan Release and Booking Advice via Process Maker to facilitate disbursement of loan proceeds. Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. What we're looking for 1 - 2 years of experience years as a Credit Officer or Account Officer Knowledge of mortgage loans process Knowledge of loan documentation process Knowledge of legal aspects of documentation Knowledge of credit and loans related policies, laws, and regulations Proficiency in the following: Product Knowledge, Loan Documentation and Operations. Advanced knowledge in credit and loans related policies, law and regulations, and risk management. Should be detail-oriented. Able to effectively handle the volume of transactions.
