The Role
As a Mortgage Documentation and Review Officer, you will supervise the preparation and review of mortgage loan documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely booking of CTS and mortgage loan products.
How you'll contribute
Act as an alternate in the absence of Mortgage Loan Documentation and Review Unit Head in supervising the day to day activities and transactions.
Has the capacity to act as Loan Documents Reviewer in times of increased volume of accounts and during emergency and BCP situations. (Kindly refer to the JD of Loan Documents Reviewer)
Assist in documentation preparation and in the approval process for mortgage loans in accordance with the approved Loan Documents Approving Authority.
Check and review terms and conditions of the approval, documentation and booking requirements checklist, Bank Charges computation and LRBA/Booking Advice, for accuracy and completeness, and in accordance with BSP and Bank policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Sales on the submission of required loan documents and approval of document deficiencies for CTS / secured loan accounts
Oversee and manage the timely transmittal of collateral documents to Securities Management Unit
Ensure that the required turn-around time and productivity targets are met.
Facilitate approval of lending structures with approved limits in EQRL and Process Maker.
Checking of client's basic data in the Luminous and EQRL for CTS / mortgage loan products.
Entertain inquiries, complaints, and concerns from internal and external clients, and ensure proper resolution in the least time possible.
Prompt preparation and submission of reports as requested by management.
Prepare and discuss Performance Appraisal of personnel assigned within the Unit.
Perform any assigned tasks from time to time.
