Job Summary
1.1 Perform mold set-up and mold maintenance repair.
Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Perform immediate action on mold under operation as required by the Production Supervisor and Process Technician.
2.2 Responsible in the evaluation of mold condition based on the issues encountered during production run.
2.3 Perform record keeping and prepare daily accomplishment report.
2.4 Coordinate and communicate with the Moldshop Supervisor on the needs of mold such parts, repair of mold and needed action in order to put back the mold in operation.
2.5 Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Professional Experience
3.1 Technical course graduate or a combination of experience and education.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
4.1 Minimum of 2 years' experience in mold maintenance work.
4.2 Knowledge and skill in the repair and maintenance of Thermoforming cold and Injection Mold.
4.3 Knowledge and hands on training in process operation of plastic molding machineries.
4.4 With experience and skillful in machine shop works.
