Job Descriptions
Our company manufactures plastic injected parts for the automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, steering wheel switch knobs, instrument clusters, medical parts etc. Manufacturing process starts from Development, mold making, injection molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.
In-charge in mold maintenance and cleaning before and after production
Provide reports and analysis regarding mold condition
Ensure that mold parts are in good condition before running
Related work experience is an advantage
Job Qualifications
College graduate, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
Proficient in reading or analyzing mold drawing
Basic knowledge in plastic injection molding or mold design is an advantage.
Employment Status :
Mitsuwa Philippines employee
6 months probationary period
Salary increase upon attainment of regular status after 6 months.
Working Schedule : Compressed work week with scheduled Saturday Off
8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday
8:30 am to 5:30 pm Working Saturday
At least 2 Saturday Off per month
Compensation package :
Basic Monthly Salary - Php 17,000 - Php 27,000 (negotiable depending on related experience)
Position Allowance - Php 500 per month Meal Allowance Php 500
Others : Performance Bonus (based on evaluation)
