Regularly conducts market research and propose/realign the color collection per branch/area.
Regularly performs analysis on competitors product offering, pricing, and sales merchandising and sales promotion activities.
Develops productivity of all existing branches.
Recruits, hires, and trains promodisers.
Positively impacts the performance of individual branch by implementing and managing in-store support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and depot territory planning.
Prepares monthly and annual sales forecast.
Prepares and follows up documentations from Depot partners on a regular basis
Manages inventory levels per branch.
Prepares/Processes the sales order
Builds and maintains strong and productive customer relationship with the home depot's key officers through frequent communication and collaboration.
Assists in samples/brochures preparation and ensure effective allocation of marketing investment in the branches.
Able to discuss product specifications to customers on site.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree preferably in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
Must have at least 2 years working experience in modern trade channel or alike.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
