Performs the automobile repair and maintenance services the customers need
Goes to the customers location to perform the services needed
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Product Sales, Oil Change and Maintenance Services
2. Customer Management
2.1. Greets customers, reiterates service request and informs customers of how long service will take
2.2. Manages customer complaints
2.3. Monitors on-going vehicle repair and provides status to customers as needed
3. Oil Change/Maintenance Service Preparation and Processing
3.1. Prepare service orders with complete description of customer concerns
3.2. Performs vehicle service and vehicle troubleshooting
3.3. Hands over vehicle to customers once service is done
4. Inventory Management
4.1. Monitors and manages inventory of LubeServ on Wheels
5. Reporting and Records Management
5.1. Logs and keeps accurate documentation of oil change service requests provided to the customers
5.2. Submits the following reports to the assigned Accountant
5.2.1. Daily Sales Report (cash and inventory)
5.2.2. Other reports as deemed necessary
5.3. Maintains customer database
6. Cash Management
6.1. Ensures that all cash on hand and deposit details are properly declared
7. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications:
TESDA - Automotive Servicing or other relevant vocational course
Driver's License
At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience from the Automotive servicing industry
Experienced mechanic with technical knowledge in car maintenance. Must be well-versed in automobile troubleshooting with knowledge in safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Must be an expert in the oil change process for Gasoline and Diesel automobiles. Must be knowledgeable in oil and lubricant types.
Willing to do field work, work on extended hours, during weekends and holidays
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
