Our Financial Operations team works with Finance and Business leaders on annual planning, billing, collections, monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and insights. We partner with FP&A, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and executives to optimize every resource and drive positive outcomes.
The Revenue Operations Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring inquiries from customers, sales and other departments are being actioned timely. The Analyst will be required to provide assistance in customer-related transactions and disputes to accommodate billing solutions.
Must-Have:
Proficient in speaking German Language
Highly analytical
Work well under pressure and fast-phase environment
Qualifications:
Willing to extend working hours if needed
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Computer and MS Office
Amenable to work on a night shift (11 pm - 8 am MNL)
