As a Reporting Analyst, you will demonstrate skill in each phase of the data analytics life-cycle. This includes analytics solution design, data extraction from available sources and transformation, visualizing data for data-driven storytelling and relationship management. Analyze Talent Acquisition operational processes to understand and define potential data needs and follow through with design and delivery of reporting products where possible
Key Responsibilities
-Design and develop Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics solutions based on the requirements and specifications of stakeholders through expertise in Excel, SharePoint, and Business Objects Web Intelligence
-Act as primary data subject matter expertise for the Talent Acquisition team
-Assist with tracking and reporting of delivery metrics that represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the team
-Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and validate data by reviewing output
-Prepare periodic reports for use by various stakeholders
-Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights that will improve processes and optimize results
-Present data and insights in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders through the use of various data visualization techniques
-Oversee scheduling and maintenance of reports and distribution list
-Maintain SharePoint databases and perform updates as necessary
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of experience in a Reporting and Data Analytics role is required; background in HR reporting is an advantage
-Knowledge of reporting tools i.e. Business Objects, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, etc. is a requirement
-Proficiency on data visualization tools, i.e. MS PowerPoint/Tableau/PowerBI, will be a clear advantage
-Advanced proficiency with Sharepoint Management and MS Excel are required
-Ability to work with large volume of sensitive/confidential data
-Demonstrated ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient, and sustainable reporting solutions
-Proven ability to translate analysis into business recommendations with strong attention to detail
-Professional maturity with the ability to work/deliver with limited supervision
-Quick learner, readily able to understand HR requirements, framework, standards and practices
-Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions and a team-oriented attitude
-Has high sense of urgency and is able to work with the highest sense of integrity
-Amenable to following a day to early mid shift schedule; reporting onsite in either BGC or Cebu office
