Responsible for developing and complying with all methodologies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. Develops and manages the strict implementation and enforcement of established IT security standards, policies, & procedures to ensure compliance and quality service Manage and develop the team to ensure operational efficiency Recommends to implement and improve technology solutions transformations in order to optimize productivity. Performs other IT-related duties to meet management objectives but not limited to reports and the necessary documentation. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven MIS experience in a supervisory or managerial role Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security. Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange. Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals Focused on best practices and models that are used in the industry Good project management skills and ability to pay attention to the qualitative and quantitative aspects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
