Strong experience in full-stack Java development.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, DI, IoC design patterns, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
Deep understanding of web service technologies (HTTP, REST, JSON, XML-RPC, OAuth2, and multi-layered security) and design principles.
Knowledge in design and architectural patterns with a strong focus on performance and application reliability.
Experience with highly scalable and redundant service architectures.
Ability to research and adopt new technologies quickly.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
High proficiency with industry-standard Java technologies such as JPA/Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, JSP, and JSF.
Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
SQL experience to include work with relational databases and writing SQL queries preferred (MySQL, PostgreSQL preferred)
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Experience with web\app servers such as Tomcat, Glassfish, or JBoss (Glassfish preferred)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, and TFVC (Git preferred)
Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle, Maven, and Ant (Gradle preferred)
Familiarity with continuous integration such as TeamCity, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Linux (Oracle Linux is preferred)
