Job Description
Mid-level Account Administrator
Handle incoming communications from clients regarding transactions or regulations concerning 401k and related retirement plans. Our clients are business owners or HR managers responsible for offering company-sponsored retirement plans to employees. Also, Account Admins should be able to assist those seeking loans or distributions from their retirement accounts.
Project work will include preparing annual plan valuation reports which summarize the financial activity of a plan during the course of a year. Also, these reports will be used to create annual reports filed with the federal government. Account admins will access individual records online via investment company websites.
Account Admins will also need to access various industry websites, our client relations software and internal recordkeeping systems.
Senior Level Account Administrator to be trained as Team Manager with the additional
responsibilities:
The team manager handles all of the above while also managing the work of others. The individual should be highly organized and be able to accurately track the project work of the team.
In addition, the Team Manager should be able to assist in situations requiring an escalation to an employee more experienced in assisting clients that may have urgent concerns.
Finally, the TM will provide regular reports to the home office and participate in manager meetings to plan projects and provide direction for the operations both in the Philippines and US.
Qualifications
Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
