MID-LEVEL QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER
Job Requirements:
Experience writing, executing, and maintaining test plans
At least 3 years of experience in software automation testing (such as Mercury, Selenium)
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, software testing concepts, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail
Result-driven with a strong focus on quality
Good communication skills - both written and oral.
Nice to Have:
Performance testing background (JMeter, WRK, or any).
Working knowledge of scripting languages - Java, Bash / Shell scripting.
Knowledgeable in CI Tools.
Experience/background in Git.
Web application testing background.
AWS or any cloud services background.
Knowledge of the Japanese language
Relevant certifications, e.g., CSTE, ISTQB
Experience writing documentation
Experience working in multicultural environments
Experience in Cucumber tests (Gherkin syntax)
Job Description:
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools (Selenium Webdriver).
