Job Overview
Mid-level Frontend Developers work with local or foreign teams of developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile work environment. They will be responsible for the development, testing, and layout of the website, from layout to function, per the project's specification by using front-end languages such as Javascript, HTML, and CSS but primarily, React. A prosperous Frontend Developer is able to beautiful website layouts and functionalities that entice the user, and at the same time are thoroughly tested and documented for the benefit of their team members.
Responsibilities and tasks
» Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
» Develop, layout, and test interactive user interfaces located on project specifications.
» Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
» Ensure the technical practiccapability of UI/UX designs.
» Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalcapability.
» Ensure that websites are mobile-compatible and responsive.
» Ensure that the codebase is well-maintained and tested.
» Stay updated on the latest changes in React and other front-end technologies.
Requirements:
Qualifications
» Work practice with React, Webpack, HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
» Proficiency in ReactJS and other coding modalities (Front-end).
» Proficiency in REST and GRAPH APIs
» Proficiency in using Git.
» practiced with CSS technologies like SCSS, CSS-In-JS
» Proficiency with React testing tools such as react-testing-library or Jest.
» availability to share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
» Proficient knowledge of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
» At least 2-3 years' worth of work practice as a Front-end Developer.
Nice to Have
practice with the following are nice to have:
» Design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
» Ruby on Rails or Elixir/Phoenix.
» Continuous integration technologies.
» Deploying JS applications to the cloud
» Docker
