Job Description
As an architect in the KPMG Microsoft Solutions business you will join a team of over 100 Microsoft Dynamics certified consultants in Australia and 1,000 more worldwide. The role requires an articulate, problem solver and critical thinker to assist with the delivery of customer engagement transformation projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Providing advice on technical options, patterns, trends and solutions to our internal teams and to our clients.
2. Designing and developing technical solutions appropriate to our clients' requirements and constraints.
3. Integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and data sources.
4. Working as part of our extended Scrum teams, participating in Scrum events on a daily basis.
Qualifications
§ 10+ years of overall IT experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
§ Proven experience in .NET, MVC, SQL, SSRS / SSIS, Web API, SOAP or REST, JavaScript
Preferred Skills:
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and complex problem solving skills.
§ 7+ years' experience in ANY of the following:
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Data Migration
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration
§ Experience using ANY of the following Microsoft Dynamics CRM version:
o Microsoft Dynamics 365
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
§ A demonstrated passion for continual learning and personal development.
§ Ability to confidently present ideas and options involving complex technologies to our clients while building trust and credibility.
§ Ability to manage your time effectively.
§ Good communications skills with your extended team members.
§ Experience developing and designing technical solutions such as custom development for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM (Jscript, C# plugins, web development, systems integration)
§ Experience in enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, as well as options such as ETL.
Nice to Have
§ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals or Adxstudio Portals and the custom development options available to customise and extend portals.
§ Experience using the Scrum agile framework and use of tools such as Visual Studio Team Services or JIRA Agile.
§ Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integration with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Groups or Teams, PowerApps and Common Data Services.
§ Familiarity with integration platforms such as Microsoft BizTalk, SSIS, Microsoft Azure (LogicApps, Azure Functions, Data Factory), Snaplogic, Mulesoft or Scribe.
