Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Projects
Project Set-up and Maintenance of Pharmalex Projects within MS Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
Preparation of Project Structure, Financial Dimensions, Work Breakdown Schedule, Team Assembly and Resources Allocation which includes initial set-up and/or revision of project information.
Set-up of Sales Price for Service Subscriptions, Time and Material, Fees, and Expense Transactions.
Preparation of Journals for Hours, Item, Subscription Fee, and Expense transaction.
Budget Creation and Tracking of Hours and Cost.
Liaison to the Project Managers for reconciliation of actual project transactions with system generated transactions for the completion of all project information on periodic basis.
Preparation of Customer Invoice.
Adjustment of Posted Transactions.
Completion of all transactions related to the Project.
Preparation of Invoice Proposal.
Other system functionalities assigned and support the Project Management Team and Invoicing Team for a fully functioning ERP System.
Work together with System Support Team for the system related concerns and resolutions thereof.
Requirements for D365 Functional consultants:
2/3 years experience
Capacity to create documentation, functional documents and business processes design.
Good understanding and communication skills with users
Capacity to work in teams
DevOps knowledge
Good English communication skills
