The MSME Segment Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the customer value proposition for Security Bank's newly formed Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise business unit. The job holder will work closely with product owners, as well as functional teams, to create solutions that can address the MSME segment's most pressing needs and roll out these solutions over the customer lifecycle powered by analytics.
How you'll contribute:
Work closely with the MSME Head to conduct primary and secondary market research to identify customer needs.
Develop customer value proposition for each sub-segment identified from above customer research, working closely with product owners to create product bundles with the right risk-reward trade off to attract new to bank MSMEs and grow existing customer's product holding.
Work closely with the MI and Analytics team to create relevant outputs to drive customer lifecycle framework - including the use dashboards, campaigns, predictive models.
What we're looking for:
At least 10 years professional experience in a Retail or SME bank
Exposure in product management, marketing, segment management, sales or analytics.
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Science
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytic and Data Driven Mindset
Passion in building customer solutions
Empathy for customers problems and needs
