Review S&R demand to identify constraints per company's overall need
Incorporate capacity model on CDP analysis
Initiate discussion with Subcon on required assembly / test capacity expansion based on S&R data
Negotiate to secure capacity allocation
Review with Subcon on forecast / commit to identify gaps according to BEPP planning / CPCI BPI. Drive to secure demands are 100% committed
Communicate on Fast Track (FT) requests. Track FT performance daily
Review Die support for CW+1 and do swapping of demands to maximize booked capacity based on available demand
Lead and report planning related-KPI's
Perform quarterly review to ensure that declared cycle time (CT) remains competitive
Work with Subcon to drive CT improvement
Create capacity model for selected sites
Qualifications
BS Degree
With at least 8 years of semiconductor or manufacturing experience; experience in subcon management highly preferred
Strong skills on the following:
People handling
Presentation
Negotiation
Data analysis
Always willing to go the extra mile
