Perform QA on the data ensuring they are fit for purpose. Manipulates and formats data according to predetermined presentation styles to meet customer needs Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. brokerage, operations and finance team) to understand their analyses and metrics requirements, and create dashboards for benchmarking, profitability analyses and other metrics reporting Act as a resource for Metrics, Analytics and Reporting analysts, providing advice and direction regarding the appropriate courses of action to take in relation to reporting, and technical data manipulation issues Implements low complexity methodologies within the department, working with colleagues within Business Analytics and IT to maintain and improve the reporting infrastructure, including data storage, data modelling, report performance, report design and delivery tools. Ensures that incoming work is handled effectively, promptly (in line with Key Performance Indicators and other deadlines) and accurately so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded What you need to have: Solid experience in data wrangling, QA, visualization and storytelling Demonstrable experience in creating data modelling, dashboards for benchmarking, and reporting across various datasets and KPIs Able to translate data and business requirements into non-technical, lay terms and articulate insights to various levels of business users Strong analytical skills with competent visualization techniques Prior experience with Qliksense, PowerBI, Tableau and other BI visualization tools and extensive experience with PowerPoint presentations will be an added advantage What makes you stand out: Preferably someone who has experience in insurance/insurance brokerage or multinational firms Self-motivated - someone who has an adventurous spirit, desires to be part of a team who do a lot of pioneering work and implementing new systems across the region Communication - ability to identify and tailor communication styles in dealing with multicultural stakeholders to meet expectations If you think you can inspire and make a difference in a dynamic and international organization, submit your application and let's talk about your success and qualifications for the position.
