As a Merchandising Assistant, provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to the merchandising team to help manage product assortment, inventory, and sales performance daily product allocations, data analysis, and with online and promotional activities.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the allocation of watches to retail locations for optimal stock levels and visual appeal
Track inventory levels, analyze sales data, and assist in implementing pricing strategies.
Assemble data and create reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability. This includes analyzing best-selling items, slow movers, and competitor activity.
Stay updated on watch trends, prepare merchandising reports required, and provide insights for decision-making.
Communicate with sales associates and customers to ensure product knowledge and display execution, as directed.
Provide general administrative support to merchandising manager
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Passion for watches and retail fashion industry
Residing in Manila or willing to be assigned at Binondo Manila
