Supports the merchandising team in the execution of merchandising processes from merchandise selection, visual display, stock allocation and distribution and sales and inventory monitoring and analysis.
Prepares report for top selling, non-moving, inventory count, aging merchandise, sale item status, merchandise mix ratio, most saleable color, style and price point analysis.
Proper distribution and transfer orders of merchandise to the branches
Provide support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise
Prepare and process all purchase orders
Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe
Prepare and maintain various sales reports
Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate model stock Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders and ensure appropriate documentation
Must be a College graduate preferably business courses
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Must have an analytical mindset, ability to work well with numbers and spreadsheets
Must be vey keen on details
Must be able to multi-task
