The primary function of this role is to provide full support to the Merchandising team. This role will cover specific
brands and ensure that replenishment and consolidations are actioned accordingly and reported in the monthly
meetings, in addition to producing ad hoc reports for the team and acting as a point of contact on any matters
within and outside of the company.
Full Job Description
1. Provide support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise
2. Processing incoming merchandise shipments and updating inventory records accordingly
3. Prepare, process all purchase orders and proper filing of documents
4. Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe
5. Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate model stock
6. Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders and ensure appropriate documentation
7. Ability to multitask
8. Support the Merchandising Manager in any day-to-day ad hoc tasks
9. Prepare paperwork for inventory distribution and allocation and file accordingly
10. To regarding deliveries and ensure priority styles are pushed through and sent out to shops.
11. Respond to store inquiries regarding deliveries and promptly respond to all calls and emails from stores
relating to stock queries and when required, assist by informing which other Retail Shops can be
contacted for stock
12. Follow-ups of International Deliveries
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS/BA in business administration or relevant field / Bachelor's (Preferred)
2. Must be computer literate
3. Has work experience in related to Merchandising (Minimum of 1year)
4. Can work under pressure
5. Has right attitude towards work, proactive, innovative, dependable and Result-oriented.
