Provide comprehensive support to employees and stores, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly and efficiently.
Encode and maintain accurate daily reports related to inventory, budget, and other relevant data.
Prepare and generate reports or presentations based on provided guidelines, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data and compile it into cohesive reports or presentations.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.
