Job Description
As MERCHANDISE MANAGER in H&M, you will be the expert of your market and drive profitable net growth through setting and following up a commercial plan for your concept. You will guarantee the commercial impact of key products by setting the right quantities in store. You will create and execute reduction strategies that will secure profitability and optimal composition of stock for your concept.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the expert of your market and drive the selling of your concept
Maximize the selling potential of your concept by securing the right space management in store according to the current stock situation and sales drivers
Follow up concept strategy for the Philippines - weekly, monthly, and long term
Know your market - retail situation, fashion level, competitors
Know your customers - expectations and the price they are willing to pay for each key product at any given time
Set the buying of your collection to secure through allocation and commercial strategy that we have in the Philippines the right garments at the right time at the right place
Be responsible for your concepts reduction and activities
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Genuine interest love and passion for fashion and retail
Strong numerical and analytical capability is an ADVANTAGE
At least three (3) years experience in the related field is required for this position

This position will be based in our Support Office in Makati City, Philippines
