JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, implement, and oversee the construction
Plot the MEPFS plans interrelationship for construction sequencing and schedules.
Provide written report to Project Engineer, regarding MEPFS construction matters, construction implementation and schedules, and actual accomplishment.
Checking, monitoring, and inspection of MEPFS contractor's workmanship.
Review of MEPFS plans and specifications if it's implemented properly by MEPFS contractors.
Validate design issues and make a report to management for alternative designs and specifications.
Coordinate with MEPFS contractors for their shop drawings, samples, and submittals.
Facilitates MEPFS testing and commissioning.
Attends weekly meetings with Contractors.
Evaluate MEPFS contractors progress billing and checking if its match to the actual accomplishment.
Attentive to small details for the delivery of high-quality works.
Provide up to date documentations in related to MEPFS.
Qualifications: 
B.S. Engineering (preferred Mechanical /Electrical)
With Professional License
At least 4 years of experience in MEPFS.
Experience in construction supervision and plan review
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Knowledgeable in computer-aided design (AutoCAD)
Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
Good judgement and analytical skills for evaluation of issues and make proper correction.
Project management skills
