MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General supervision of all MPFS aspects of the project (execution - all scope, safety, quality, documentation and others related to MPFS).
• Day to day supervision of site MPFS activities.
• Thorough review and interpretation of MPFS plans prior to implementation.
• Accurate and timely setting out MPFS works.
• Ensures that site implementation procedures for MPFS are being followed.
• Timely handover of works without outstanding defects.
• Providing technical knowledge and propose solutions on problems that may arise on Site from time to time.
• Preparation of various reports to ensure smooth project flow, planning and reporting.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Estimates and assign resources for MEPFS works such as materials, tools, equipment and manpower (includes BOM and amendment preparation).
• Coordinate with other departments within the company as necessary.
• Ensures that all MPFS works done on site are done in accordance to quality standards.
• Organized safe keeping of department documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all MPFS records and files.
• Other task that may be assigned from time to time
Quality Control:
• Performs test and inspections for MPFS works necessary to achieve the quality of construction required by the drawings and specifications for all works under contract.
• Carry out inspection and checking of all quality related procedures for MPFS works on site and ensures that activities performed on site are per approved method statement and inspection plan.
• Coordinate with consultant's representative for inspection and discussion about quality problems including closure of non compliance reports.
• Checking quality of workmanship of MPFS works done on site.
