Job Descriptions
Review plans / specification / shop drawings pertaining to MEPF trade, including preparation of RFI's.
Coordinates / directs MEPF subcontractors and suppliers for the preparation of product data / shop drawings.
Perform quantity take - off of the materials for all MEPF tracks.
Supervised MEPF works at site either direct or sub -contracting works.
Implement testing and commissioning of completed MEPF works.
Attend meeting at site and make reports in progress and other issues related to MEPF works.
Report directly to immediate supervisor all matters related to MEPF.
Perform other related task which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Educational Attainment: BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering graduate / must be PRC licensed
Work Experience: 4 to 10 years experienced in vertical / mid high rise building.
Skills/Competencies:
With knowledge in Autocad and MS office
Must be flexible in work locations.
Others: (includes trainings and seminars attended, PRC License, trainings in MEPF trades etc.)
Experience:
