JOB DESCRIPTION:
Inspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs.
Reviews MEPFS plans and specs giving emphasis on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures
Conducts testing of MEPFS and documents results
Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system
Analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions
Ability to interpret work from blueprints, sketches, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation interpretations
Prepare and deliver effective presentations whenever required
Perform other tasks that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineer preferably licensed.
At least 2-5 years working experience in the same capacity
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods and safety policies
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables and equipment required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis
Must be willing to be assigned in Bali Oasis 2 Project, Marcos Hway, Brgy. Santolan, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
