JOB DUTIES· Analyze, review plans & specification, attend pre-bid and construction meeting, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper action· Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group· Random check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification· Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time· Performs Research & Development work related to quality assuranceJOB REQUIREMENTS· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Must be licensed and has 2 years of experience· Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activities· With knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and procedures· With strong written/verbal communication skills· Ability to organize, prioritize work plan, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately· Detail-oriented· With a good moral and positive attitude
