MEPF ENGINEER
 
CORCONDEV is seeking an MEPF Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and implementing all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works for the project. The position ensures that all MEPF systems are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
 
Location: Office (1st Street La Guardia, Lahug, Cebu City)
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning, reviewing, and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works of the project
Ensuring MEPF systems are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, and technical standards
Supervising site installation and monitoring contractor performance
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and contractors
Monitoring project timelines, cost control, and quality standards for MEPF works
Conducting inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems
Preparing technical reports and project documentation.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Preferably a Licensed Engineer
With at least 2-5 years of relevant construction experience
Knowledgeable in MEPF systems installation and project coordination
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
