MEPF ENGINEER (ME/SE/ESE)
Job Summary
Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing and Sanitary / Fire Protection System works
Checks completeness of MEPF plans and specifications
Checks the contractor's compliance to the approved plans and specifications
Coordinates design and estimate technical requirement with designer, Construction management and contractors
Coordinate with the project architect/engineer and consultants regarding RFIs, submittals and shopdrawings.
Conducts technical negotiations between Construction management, general contractor and subcontractor
Check completeness of documents and validate physical accomplishment on contractor's progress billings
Conducts site inspection to check and monitor quality and progress of works
Evaluates and validates progress accomplishments and progress reports as required.
Check completeness of documents on contractor's change order claims
Checks and receives personally or through engineering, all materials and equipment requisitioned through the procurement group
Maintains and compile test results
Coordinates and monitor delivery and accomplishment for Owner Supply Materials and Equipment
Prepare, present reports and design proposal
Must have knowledge in Autocadd
Analytical with good communication skills
Attends meeting concerning MEPF and AUX interface with other related trades
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Environmental & Sanitary Engineer / Sanitary Engineer
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Environmental & Sanitary Engineer / Sanitary Engineer
With 3-5 years related work experience Construction Management and in design and construction industry, with experience in estimating, bidding, review of construction plans and specifications, must have experience in coordination with M&E trades and good in autocadd
With Construction management experience MEPF scope of works
Knowledgeable in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary & Fire Protection works (can do cost estimate for new and existing works, can review construction drawings & able to inspect & identify good quality installation within code standards and compliances in accordance with the approved construction specifications and requirement.
Computer Literate
Amenable to work in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
