Job Description:
In brief:
You will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects in the Manila studio. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage. The ideal candidate should be able to provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the time-line, quality, assurance standards and project specifications.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of MEP & PHE drawings with relevant sectional details in CAD as per industry CAD and Revit standards
Preparation of the MEP & PHE Revit modelling
Preparation of all drawings as per the relevant standards and building code
Preparation of Co-ordinated layouts/Revit Model
To understand the OEM details on the Equipment and implement in design drawing
Preparation of quantity take-off sheet
To do site visit to check the build ability of drawings developed
To Co-ordinate with external team/ project stakeholder during the project cycle.
Getting the drawings reviewed by the Designers and Sr. Designers
Preparation all documents and drawings as per the timelines and schedules of the project
Drawings prepared to comply the organization process and standards
To understand the MEP standard process and implement the same in the drafting and design process
What we expect:
This position requires good technical ability to understand interior design drawing packages, knowledge and ability to produce full set drawings including tender, construction and detail.
