Under the direction of the General Manager, the Membership Manager is responsible for carrying out duties to the following functional areas: Membership Application Processing, Customer Service and Membership Records and Reports.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in AB Communication or equivalent.
Preferably 3-5 years experienced employee with specialization in Customer Service or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): customer service skills, documentation, database/file and records management, and people management.
