SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implements Customer Care plans and programs to increase the member's level of satisfaction.
2. Gathers feedback from members on the implementation of Customer Care programs.
3. Conducts employee satisfaction surveys.
4. Handles members inquiries and concerns.
5. Provides feedback and advice to members on pending concerns and issues.
6. Conducts 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) and member orientation; Ensures completeness of documents required for membership purposes.
7. Updates and Maintains member records.
a. Member's basic information
b. Member's Risk Profile
c. Membership Type and Classification
d. Membership Status Change
8. Provides inputs in the development of policies and guidelines related to members services.
9. Identifies, analyzes and recommends enhancements in the member services information system
10. Prepares regular reports as may be required by Management.
11. Act as secretariat in meetings.
12. Performs other tasks ay may be assigned by Management.
