We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for an Australian peer-to-peer car rental company. You will be joining a rapidly growing sharing economy startup as member of Member Experience Support Team. There is plenty of scope for career advancement for the right person. If you are highly intelligent, highly motivated and excited by an evolving startup environment, you could be the perfect candidate for this role.
Responsibilities
Delivering an exceptional experience, and great customer service to our members
Troubleshooting with customers on a wide range of issues, via phone, email and webchat
Receiving and responding to feedback from members at different stages of their user
experience
Regular interaction with our members, reflecting our company values
On-boarding members
Managing Car Borrower applications through to approval.
Contributing to the development of systems and processes to ensure we are delivering
remarkable customer service to our members
Requirements
VERY strong customer empathy and ability to address all points
Strong A grade English ability
Leadership potential
Must have analytical mind and type at least 45 words per minute
Must be able to learn and navigate new software and systems
Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in a related field
Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
