Is currently looking for:
MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serves as chief technician for Laboratories and Radiologic Unit
2. Oversees and administers a variety of chemical, bacteriologic, and microscopic tests.
3. Devises work schedules and allocates duties to laboratory staff.
4. Verifies accuracy and validity of test results.
5. Instructs trainees in procedures and techniques of performing tests.
6. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
7. True first level manager.
8. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
9. Has full authority for personnel actions.
10. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
11. Performs other tasks related to Chief medical technologist.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Medical Science or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
