Receives and verifies identity of examinee.
Instructs and prepares examinee for different specimen collection procedures.
Performs only authorized laboratory procedures according to recognized laboratory standards
Performs quality control of laboratory processes regularly to ensure system accuracy.
Coordinates timely performance of preventive maintenance and calibration of all laboratory equipment.
Monitors inventory level of supplies, reagent's barcode coordinates appropriate requests to superior.
Keeps logbooks and daily outputs updated and completed on time.
Prepares required monthly summary reports and submit for appropriate filing
