Requirements
Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling Healthcare- inbound voice account.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Must have experience working in a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role
Good listening skills
Attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Allied health courses preferred
Must be willing to work in Pasig onsite.
